Privacy

This notice explains which personal data we process on freni.ch and why. Freni GmbH (address above) is responsible for it. If you have questions about your data, write to hoi@freni.ch.

Launch notification

If you sign up to hear when we launch, we receive your email address and the time you signed up. They are sent by email to our mailbox at Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland; the website itself doesn't store them. We only use your address to tell you when our shop opens and don't share it with anyone. We delete it once we've sent the launch notification, or earlier if you ask us to.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). To deliver the site and protect it against misuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each visit, such as your IP address, browser details and the time of the request. This can happen outside Switzerland, including in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Switzerland recognises as providing adequate data protection.

No cookies or tracking

We don't use cookies, analytics or any other tracking, and the website doesn't load anything from other websites.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time which of your data we hold and have it corrected or deleted: write to hoi@freni.ch. You can also turn to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
